This policy explains how V2 Tax Solutions ("V2", "we") handles personal information in connection with this website. If you have questions, email info@v2tax.com.

The short version

• This website has no forms. It does not ask for, collect or store your personal information.
• It never collects Social Insurance Numbers, tax slips, tax returns, income details, banking information or documents.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.

Contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp

To book a consultation or ask a question, you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp. We use what you share to respond and to arrange and provide the services you ask for. Email is handled in V2's Google Workspace account. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

These channels are not meant for sensitive documents. Please don't send your SIN, banking details or tax documents this way. We'll give you a secure way to share them when needed.

The Personal Tax Form

The "Start Your Tax Form" button takes you to a Google Form operated within V2's Google Workspace. It is not part of this website. Information you submit there is collected and handled by V2 in Google Workspace to prepare your tax return, and is also subject to Google's privacy policy.

Hosting and technical data

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most websites, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. The website itself sets no cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you've shared with us by emailing info@v2tax.com. We handle personal information in keeping with applicable Canadian privacy law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
